The Gold Eagle floor, counted

Gold Eagle Casino has more than 300 slot machines. Each machine plays in credits, and the denomination is the value of one credit. The floor offers 5 denominations: 1 cent, 2 cents, 5 cents, 25 cents and $1. A lower denomination means each credit costs less.

Slots run whenever the casino is open. From Sunday to Wednesday, that means 10 am to 2 am. Thursday runs to 3 am, and Friday and Saturday to 4 am. Holiday hours are not published, so a call to 306-446-3833 is the check before a late visit.

SIGA's profile of Gold Eagle Casino lists 6 table games. The live tables, run in person by a dealer, offer Blackjack and Phil 'Em Up Poker, a poker game dealt at a table. They open 4 evenings a week: Thursday 5 pm to 2 am, Friday and Saturday 5 pm to 3 am, and Sunday 5 pm to 1 am. From Monday to Wednesday, no live tables run. The casino has no poker room.

These table games share one progressive side bet. A side bet is an extra bet placed apart from the main hand, and progressive means its top payout builds as players make that bet. The electronic tables are called the Circuit, and each player there plays on a screen. The casino does not publish how many Circuit tables there are.

SIGA Rewards is the players card, and one card works at all 7 SIGA casinos. It has 4 tiers, or levels: Emerald, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Getting the card costs nothing, and members get 10% off restaurant or deli orders at SIGA locations. The SIGA Rewards app tracks points and tier credits. The card is also needed for an RV stay at Gold Eagle, which starts at the Guest Services Desk.
